The projects listed on this page have not yet been completed by the Commission. Tentative Reports are distributed to advise interested persons of the NJLRC's tentative recommendations and the opportunity to submit comments. The Commission will consider these comments before making its final recommendations to the Legislature. The NJLRC often substantially revises tentative recommendations as a result of the comments it receives. Once a project is finalized, it is removed from this list and may be found on the Final Reports and Recommendations page.

We welcome both formal and informal comments on our projects but, as provided by law, written comments may be subject to distribution on request.
